摘　　要：采用数字射线检测方法,对氨制冷管道样管的焊接缺陷进行检测,通过将检测结果与样管割管后的实测数据进行对比,得出射线检测能满足氨制冷管道定期检验的可靠性要求,结果对氨制冷管道的定期检验具有重要意义。The welding defects of the ammonia refrigeration piping will directly threat the pipeline′s integrity.It is the one of the main factors for causing the safety accidents.In the article,DR（digital radiographic）testing method was used to study in the welding defects of ammonia refrigeration piping.And through the comparison verification with the measured data of the sample pipe cutting,it was found that the reliability requirements of the ammonia refrigeration pipeline inspection regularly could be met.And the result was very meaningful for carrying out the ammonia refrigeration pipeline inspection regularly.
