摘　　要：心理问题在住院患者中较为常见,与疾病的发生、发展及转归密切相关。该文对心理护理的概念、患者常见的心理问题及其特点、护士实施心理护理现状、心理评估方法、心理干预方法、心理护理模式的研究进展进行综述,提出在构建住院患者心理护理规范化管理模式方面目前亟待解决的问题,旨在为有效解决患者心理问题、促进患者康复提供信息。Psychological problems are more common in hospitalized patients,which is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of disease. This article reviews the research advances in the concept of psychological nursing,common psychological problems of patients and their characteristics,status quo of nurses implementing psychological nursing,psychological assessment methods,psychological intervention methods and psychological nursing model. The current problems urgently re-quiring to be solved in the aspect of standardized management model of psychological nursing are proposed,which aims to provide information for effectively solving the psychological problems of patients and promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
