摘　　要：目的评价癌痛规范化病房综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者疼痛的缓解及生活质量改善效果。方法选取2014年7月至2016年6月该科收治的乳腺癌患者120例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组实施癌痛规范化病房综合护理干预,对照组实施常规护理。分别采用疼痛数字评分法疼痛评估量表、生活质量量表对两组患者在研究前后进行干预测量。结果干预后,观察组疼痛改善程度和生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以缓解乳腺癌患者疼痛程度,提高其生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cancer pain standardized ward for relieving pain and improving the living quality in the patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 120 cases of breast cancer in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group ac-cording to the random number table method,60 cases in each group. The observation group was implemented the comprehensive nursing intervention of standardized cancer pain ward,while the control group received the routine nursing care. The pain numerical rating scale（NRS） and SF-36 quality of life scale were adopted to perform the intervention measurement in the two groups be-fore and after study. Results The pain improvement degree and living quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the pain degree of breast cancer patients,improves their quality of life and is worth promotion and application in clinic.
