摘  要:采用本公司发明的专利技术制备了铝合金浆料。概述了高性能薄壁多抽芯铝合金铸件的半固态流变压铸生产过程。经半固态流变压铸生产的铝合金铸件的显微组织致密,无气孔、缩松和夹杂,T6热处理后的力学性能比普通压铸件提高了40%左右。Aluminum alloy paste was fabricated with a patent technology invented by Cixi Alt Advanced Materials Co.. The semi-solid rheocasting process for high-performance multi-core thin-wall aluminum alloy castings was outlined. The aluminum alloy castings produced by the semi-solid rheologic die- casting technology exhibited dense structure in which there are not any pore, porosity and inclusion, and after being T6 treated its mechanical properties were 40% higher that of common die castings.
