摘　　要：磁靶向治疗有利于提高药物疗效,降低患者对药物的不良反应,是肿瘤治疗的新途径。本文从磁性载体的选择、磁场的产生方式、磁场对磁性颗粒的作用效果3个方面阐述磁靶向治疗的研究进展。Magnetic targeted therapy is beneficial in improving drug efficacy and reducing side effects of drugs,which is the new method in the treatment of cancer.This paper introduced the research progress of magnetic targeted therapy in three aspects：selection of magnetic carrier,the generated way of magnetic field,and effect of magnetic field on magnetic particles.
