弱酸性次氯酸水溶液用于口腔综合治疗台水路消毒的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种弱酸性次氯酸水溶液用于口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)的消毒效果。方法采用理化分析法和细菌定量检测方法,对该次氯酸水溶液输入DUWLs供水系统消毒效果进行观察,同时观察该次氯酸溶液的损坏性。结果用有效氯浓度为40 mg/L的弱酸性次氯酸水溶液输入DUWLs作用4 min,6 h内可保持供水中细菌总数<500 cfu/ml。弱酸性次氯酸水溶液对不锈钢无腐蚀,但对铜、铝和碳钢呈现不同程度腐蚀性。结论以40mg/L次氯酸水溶液冲洗消毒管路可使DUWLs供水在6 h内保持水质合格,坚持间歇式冲洗消毒方式可保证消毒效果。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of weak -acidic hypochlorite solution in dental unit waterlines （DUWLs）. Methods The actual disinfectant effect detection for DUWLs with hypochlorite - water was detected by physical and chemical analysis and viable count method, and the corrosive action of the hypochlorite solution was also observed. Results Inputting the weak - acidic hypochlorite solution with an effective chlorine concentration of 40 mg/L into DUWLs for 4 min can last counts of bacteria less than 500 cfu/ml for 6 h. It was essentially non - corrosive to stainless steel and varying degrees of corrosive to copper,aluminum and carbon steel. Conclusion Using the aqueous solution of hypochlorite contained available chlorine 40 mg/L in DUWLs can keep acceptable water quality for 6 h, adhering the intermittent washing and disinfecting method will ensure the effectiveness.
