摘 要:目的研究一种氨基酸光敏剂的体外抑菌性能及其生物安全性。方法采用抑菌试验和动物试验法,对该光敏剂体外抑菌性能及其生物安全性进行评价。结果该光敏剂原液经LED红光照射2 min后,对悬液内大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达到99%以上,对痤疮丙酸杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达99.99%。在自然光与红光照射条件下,LED红光(波长670 nm)的抑菌效果更好;该光敏剂急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),其原液对新西兰兔完整皮肤和眼无刺激,对豚鼠仅有极轻度致敏。结论该氨基酸光敏剂具有较强的抑菌作用,属于实际无毒、无刺激,无致敏性。Objective To study the antibacterial effect in vitro and biosafety of an amino acid photosensitizer for acne removal. Methods The antibacterial test and animal experiments were performed to evaluate the antibacterial properties in vitro and biosafety. Results The inhibitory rates of Escherichia coli with 2 min LED red light irradiation were 99% ;The average inhibitory rates of propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus were all 99.99%. The antibacterial effect with ambient light was also demonstrated but not as good as using LED red light with a wavelength of 670 nm. Acute oral toxicity of the essence LD50 〉 5 000 mg/( kg . bw) , the original liquid showed no irritation on the New Zealand rabbit intact skin and eye, only a very mild sensitization on guinea pigs. Conclusion The amino acid photosensitizer for acne removal shows strong antibacterial effects, no toxicity and no sensitization.
