摘　　要：目的观察一种过氧化氢复方消毒液的杀菌性能。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方消毒液杀菌效果进行试验观察。结果该复方消毒液原液含过氧化氢35.00 g/L,原液p H值为3.35;54℃条件下存放14 d,过氧化氢含量平均下降率为5.70%。该复方消毒液原液作用20 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值≥3.00;作用10 min,对载体大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值≥3.00。结论该过氧化氢复方消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有较好的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定。Objective To observe the germicidal effect of a compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical inspection and carrier quantitative test method were used to observe germicidal efficacy of the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant. Results The compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant consisted of 35.00 g/L hydrogen peroxide . The pH value was 3.35. Its content decreased by 5.7% after storing at 54℃ for 14 d. The killing logarithm of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the solution for 20 mins was ≥3.0. The killing logarithm of Escherichia coli exposed to the solution for 10 mins was≥3.0. Conclusion The experiment showed that the compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has good germicidal effect in killing both vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi, the property of the storage is stable.
