一种碘伏消毒膏杀菌效果及毒性试验研究

摘　　要：目的观察碘伏消毒膏的杀菌效果及毒性,为实际应用提供参考依据。方法采用载体定量杀灭试验、皮肤现场消毒试验及毒性试验等方法,对其杀菌效果及其毒性进行实验室观察。结果该碘伏消毒膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌作用5.0 min,杀灭对数值均>3.00;用该碘伏消毒膏2.5 g/人次,对受试者皮肤涂抹消毒5 min,对皮肤表面自然菌平均杀灭对数值为1.40。该碘伏消毒膏对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50>5 000mg/(kg·bw),为实际无毒级;多次皮肤刺激试验、急性眼刺激试验属无刺激性;多次阴道黏膜刺激试验为极轻刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;一次破损皮肤刺激试验为无刺激性。结论该碘伏消毒膏杀菌效果良好,可广泛用于皮肤表面、口腔、黏膜的消毒和褥疮、烧伤、烫伤等破损皮肤创面伤口的消毒。Objective To study on the disinfect properties and toxicity of iodophor disinfection gel, provide reference for practical application and observation. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test, field disinfectant test of skin and toxicity test were used to take experimental observation on disinfect properties and toxicity. Results The killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans for 5 rain were all 〉 3.00. The killing logarithm value of natural germ on skin surface was 1.40 with the iodophor disinfectant gel 2.5 g/person and the disinfection time 5 min of each subjects skin smear. Acute oral LD50 of iodophor disinfection gel was 〉 5 000 rag/（ kg . bw） ,the disinfection gel was actually non - toxic grade. Multiple skin irritation test, once broken skin irritation test and acute eye irritation test were all non - irritating. The repeated vaginal stimulation test was very light irritation. Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion The germicidal effect of this iodophor disinfection gel is perfect, it can be widely used in disinfection of the surface of the skin, oral cavity, mucous membrane and other damaged skin surface such as bedsores, burn, scald damage skin wound.
