摘 要:目的研究粉尘爆炸事故烧伤患者医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性变化,为有效控制烧伤医院感染提供参考。方法通过细菌分离培养和鉴定技术以及药敏试验方法,对某医院住院烧伤患者送检标本病原菌检测结果进行分析。结果从某重大爆炸事故中重度烧伤患者创面分离到感染病原菌1 216株,构成比居前3位的病原菌依次为鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;从日常收治的烧伤患者创面分离感染病原菌676株,构成比居前3位的病原菌依次为鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。结论鲍曼不动杆菌已逐渐成为烧伤患者感染的重要细菌,其耐药性也显示出逐步上升的趋势。大量并及时送检可掌握感染细菌的变化趋势及耐药性,为临床控制感染及合理用药物提供依据。Objective To research the change of the bacteria and drug resistance in the different cases of burn patients, to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and the prevention and control of infection. Methods Bacteria culture, drug and identification method sensitive test were used to analyze the pathogen test results of a certain hospital burn patient sampies. Results Form the patients with moderate and severe burn wounds from a major explosion accident,we detected out 1 216 strains of pathogenic bacteria. The composition of the top three pathogens were Acinetobacter baumannii, Klebsiella pneu- moniae, and Staphylococcus aureus. From daily burn patients with wound infection, we detected out 676 strains of pathogenic bacteria. The composition of the top three pathogens were Acinetobacter baumannii, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii has gradually become an important bacterial infection in burned patients, its resistance also shows an ascendant trend. The inspection in time can grasp the change trend of bacterial infection and drug resistance and provide the basis for rational use of antimicrobial agents.
