摘　　要：目的了解和掌握肿瘤专科医院患者医院感染现状,为有效防控提供指导。方法采用横断面调查方法分别于2013年8月21日、2014年7月23日和2015年7月29日对某市三级甲等肿瘤医院住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查,分析比较连续3年医院感染现患率变化与抗菌药物应用情况,并进行统计学分析。结果 2013-2015年该院医院感染现患率分别为2.27%、2.24%和2.34%,3年间现患率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);医院感染部位均以下呼吸道感染居首位;医院感染高发科室主要为血液科、神经内一科和乳腺三科等科室。3年抗菌药物使用率分别为21.92%、25.03%和21.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液科为医院感染防控重点科室,加强科室医院感染管理小组建设,认真落实医院感染管理措施,是降低肿瘤专科医院感染率的基础和保障。Objective To understand and grasp hospital infection status of the tumor specialized subject hospital patients withprovide the effective prevention and control guidance. Methods Cross - sectional survey method is used on August 21, 2013 ,July 23,2014 and July 29,2015 respectively a city level 3 grade a tumor hospital patients to survey hospital infection rates , analysize and compare the hospital infection rates change, pathogen detection and application of antimicrohial agents for 3 consecutive years , for statistical analysis. Results the hospital infection rates were 2.27% ,2.24% ,2.34% from 2013 to 2015, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The first place was lower respiratory tract in hospital infection. The high incidence of hospital infection department mainly within the hematology, neural, breast educational department. The antibacterial drug utilization rate of 3 years was 21.92 % ,25.03 %, 21.31%, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hematology department is the key unit to hospital infection control and prevention. Strengthen the construction of hospital infection management department team, earnestly implement the hospital infection management measures, are the foundation and the guarantee to reduce tumor hospital infection rates.
