摘　　要：目的进一步掌握南京市目前农村饮用水卫生状况和发展趋势,不断改善农村饮用水的卫生和安全,为各级政府实施卫生监督和统筹农村改水提供科学依据。方法 2010—2015年期间在南京市农村地区采集饮用水样本1 425份,按GB/T 5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对2010—2015年期间南京市农村饮用水进行卫生监测,按GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》的要求进行评价。结果 2010—2015年间,南京市农村饮用水总合格率为63.4%,各年份的合格率依次为17.2%、56.1%、68.2%、74.2%、87.5%、93.4%,不同年间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。丰水期和枯水期水样合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不合格指标主要为感官性状、微生物指标、消毒剂及相关指标。结论该市农村饮用水卫生状况已有较大改观,在进一步扩大区域供水范围的同时,还应加强消毒和混凝工艺控制的监督与指导。[Objective] To understand the sanitary condition of rural drinking water in Nanjing City,analyze the development trend,subsequently improve the sanitation and safety of drinking water in rural areas,and provide a scientific basis for governments to implement sanitation supervision and rural water supply improvement.[Methods]1425 drinking water samples were collected from rural areas of Nanjing City during 2010-2015. The health monitoring was performed according to the Standard examination methods for drinking water（GB/T 5750-2006）,and evaluation was conducted according to the Drinking water sanitary standard（GB 5749-2006）.[Results]The total qualification rate of rural drinking water in Nanjing City during 2010-2015 was63.4%. The annual qualification rate was respectively 17.2%,56.1%,8.2%,74.2%,87.5% and 93.4%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant difference in l qualification rate between wet season and dry season（P〈0.05）. The main unqualified indicators were sensory properties,microorganism,disinfectants and related indicators.[Conclusion]The sanitary condition of rural drinking water in Nanjing City has been greatly improved. The supervision and guidance of disinfection and coagulation process control should be strengthened with the further expansion of the regional water supply in rural areas.
