热激蛋白60的研究进展

摘　　要：热激蛋白60(heat shock protein 60,HSP60)是热激蛋白家族中的重要成员之一,是一种高度保守且广泛表达的应激蛋白.除了参与热激反应外,HSP60还有许多生物学功能,如可以帮助蛋白质的折叠和运输等.最新研究表明,其在免疫过程中也发挥了重要的作用.简要介绍了HSP60的发现和结构,并对其功能进行了综述,着重论述了其在免疫过程中的作用,旨在为今后深入研究HSP60功能提供理论基础.Heat shock protein 60（HSP60）belongs to the family of heat shock proteins and it is a kind of stress proteins which is highly conserved and widely expressed in response to stresses.In addition to its role as a heat shock protein,it has various biologic functions,such as helping other proteins for folding and transport.The latest researches have shown that HSP60 played an important role in the immunization.This paper describes the discovery,structure and the functions of HSP60,especially focusing on its function in the immunization,which will provide a theoretical foundation for the research on HSP60 functions.
