摘 要:对多层砌体结构和填充墙框架结构提出一个控制沉降变形的新参数——相对倾角,该参数可以直接测量且与建筑物损坏有直接的相关关系。以墙段深梁为分析模型,以考虑弯剪耦合效应的深梁微分方程为基础,提出了相对倾角的定义,并建立了相对倾角与相对弯曲的换算关系。引入弯剪刚度比和剪跨比两个参数,推导了相对倾角与弯曲拉应变及主拉应变的关系。通过沉降方式和截面特性的分析,考察了拉应变限值、墙段长高比、剪跨比、弯剪刚度比、中和轴高度系数等关键因素对相对倾角限值的影响规律,提出了相对倾角作为沉降变形参数的适用范围,并给出了多层砌体结构和填充墙框架结构的相对倾角和相对弯曲限值。综合分析表明,不同结构的相对倾角限值差异很大。对多层结构抗沉降变形的不利和有利工况进行了分析,结果与已有工程实测及理论分析结论吻合。Relative inclination angle,a new parameter was proposed for settlement deformation control of multi-story masonry and infilled wall frame structures. This parameter could be directly measured and is directly correlated with building damage. Based on the deep beam model of wall segment and its differential equations considering the shear-bending coupling effect,the definition of relative inclination angle and its relationship with relative deflection were proposed. The relationships between relative inclination angle and bending tensile strain and principal tensile strain were also deduced by introducing the bending-shear stiffness ratio and shear span ratio. By the analysis of settlement styles and sectional characteristic,the effects of the key factors,such as tensile strain limit,length to height ratio of wall segment,shear span ratio,bending-shear stiffness ratio,coefficient of neutral axis height,and so on,on the limit value of relative inclination angle were studied. The scope of application was proposed for relative inclination angle as a parameter of settlement deformation control,and the limit value of relative inclination angle and relative deflection were presented for multi-story masonry and infilled wall frame structures. It is found that the relative inclination angle shows big difference for different structures. The favorable and unfavorable conditions were analyzed for the settlement resistance ability of multi-story structures,and the analysis results are in agreement with the existing conclusions of engineering survey and theoretical analysis.
