摘  要:采用有限元数值模拟对海上风机导管架支撑结构灌浆连接段进行几何参数分析,研究压弯设计荷载作用下几何参数对连接段力学性能的影响。参数分析表明,在位移方面,灌浆连接段的长度,套管厚度和桩管厚度通过改变连接段线刚度影响最大横向位移以及最大竖向位移。在应力方面,钢管厚度显著影响钢管的最大Mises应力,灌浆长度不直接影响钢管最大Mises应力;灌浆长度、钢管厚度不显著影响浆体的Tresca应力,浆体厚度影响浆体最大Tresca应力,且浆体厚度有最优值。该研究成果为海上风机导管架支撑结构灌浆连接段的设计提供一定的技术参考。The grouted connection is applied in offshore wind turbine jacket support structures. Finite element analysis( FEA) was conducted in this paper to investigate the influence of geometric parameters on the mechanical behaviors of grouted connection under the designed load case. Numerical analysis results show that in displacement aspect,increase of grouted length,tubular and grout annulus geometries decrease the maximum displacement of grouted connection. In stress aspect,the thickness of the tube significantly affects the maximum Mises stress of the tube. But the grouted length does not influence the stress of tube directly. The grouted length and thickness of tubes have no significant impact on the Tresca stress in the grout. But the thickness of the grout affects the Tresca stress in the grout and has an optimal value. The FEA result can be used for reference to design of grouted connection in offshore wind turbine jacket support structure.
