某地下车库大跨空腹楼盖方案的技术经济分析

摘　　要：结合某实际工程的地下车库顶板结构设计方案,对空腹楼盖和密肋楼盖两种方案进行了施工难点和经济指标对分析。对比分析表明,地下车库顶板采用蜂巢芯空腹楼盖具有良好的技术优势和经济效益,而这种新型楼盖技术的关键施工技术是芯模的抗位移和抗破损,并提出了控制措施。According to the structure design of underground garage roof from a practical project,this paper takes the ribbed slab as a contrast scheme,the construction difficulties and the economic-technical indexes of two kinds of floor scheme have been calculated,the results show that： the garage roof with honeycombed core hollow floor has a good technical and economic advantage; the key construction technology of this new floor technology is the core mold ＇s resistance to displacement and damage resistance,and effective control measures are proposed.
