摘 要:为探究植筋胶与混凝土之间的界面结合性能,设计了混凝土植筋挤压试验方案。即在混凝土试块钻孔、注胶、植筋后,通过在钢筋顶部施加压力将植筋胶体包裹着钢筋一起压出混凝土试块。经过探索性试验后对试验方案进行了改进,使得所有试件均发生所预期的植筋胶与混凝土的界面破坏,且不出现混凝土锥体破坏。试验结果显示,植筋胶与混凝土界面的压力-滑移曲线呈明显的三阶段模式,即弹性粘结段、粘滞滑移段、摩擦滑移段。弹性粘结段的界面结合力以化学粘结力为主,黏滞滑移段的界面结合力以机械啮合力为主,摩擦滑移段的界面结合力以摩擦力为主。根据试验结果回归得到植筋胶-混凝土界面黏结滑移本构关系,可用于植筋黏结的有限元分析。To study bonding behavior of the interface between adhesive and concrete,the extrusion experiment program for adhesive rebar in concrete specimen was designed. After drilling borehole,injection adhesive glue and planting rebar in concrete specimens,the pressure was put on the top of the adhesive rebar,then it was squeezed out of the concrete block. Through a set of exploratory experiments,the experimental scheme was improved. All specimens appeared adhesive and concrete interface failure that had been expected,and concrete cone failure did not appear. Experimental result shows that the pressure-slip relationship for the interface between adhesive layer and concrete could be simplified as three-phase mode,elastic bonding phase,bond-slip phase and friction sliding phase. The main part of interface action is chemical bonding force during the elastic bonding phase. The main part of interface action is interlock force during the bond-slip phase. The main part of interface action is friction force during the friction sliding phase. The formula of bond-slip relationship for the interface between steel bar and adhesive layer could be gotten based on the experimental result,which could be used in finite element analysis.
