摘　　要：派驻乡镇检察室是基层人民检察院的派出机构,依法行使检察机关的法律监督职权,是延伸检察机关法律监督触角、促进检力下沉的重要载体和有效方式。新一轮司法改革,派驻乡镇检察室要在检察官员额制的大背景下,积极探索,以规范法律监督权行使为核心,以明晰具体监督职能为着力点,进一步健全法律监督权行使机制。Procuratorial offices in townships are dispatched by grass- roots People's Procuratorates,and they exercise the legal supervision authority of the procuratorial organs in accordance with law. They are the tentacles of the procuratorial organs and are an important carrier and effective way of sending down procuratorial power. Against the backdrop of a new round of judicial reform and fixing the number of personnel,township procuratorial offices should actively explore their field with a view to regulating the exercise of legal supervision power,clarifying their specific supervision functions and further improving the exercise mechanism of legal supervision.
