摘　　要：在高校图书馆事业从"以书为本"转向"以人为本"的发展过程中,需要充分宣扬人文精神。高校图书馆人文精神建设,重要的就是要坚持"以人为本"的管理思想,创建和谐的人文环境,倡导互动性的人性化服务理念,并在服务中启迪大学的人文精神。高校图书馆只有以人文精神为基本理念,不断开展素质教育,提升图书馆员的人文素养,并将其精神贯穿于图书馆的文化建设,才能使图书馆在逐步的创新中有更大发展。The organizational commitment of the librarians in university is of great significance to the construction of library humanistic spirit.The construction of library humanistic spirit in university is to be based on the construction, adhere to the management thought of ＂people-oriented＂, create a harmonious humanistic environment, advocate an interactive humanized service concept, and enlighten the humanistic spirit of university in service. Library in university is based on the humanistic spirit, continues to carry out the quality-oriented education, improves the humanities cultivated manners of librarians.This spirit runs through the construction of library culture to make the library prosperous in the innovation in the future.
