摘 要:为揭示周期性力量训练对青少年排球运动员下肢爆发力的影响.本研究对太原市四十八中男子排球队员进行渐进性力量训练,并对实验前后相关指标进行对比分析.研究结果:实验前后蹲跳、原地纵跳、连续纵跳以及直膝跳高度都显著性增加;蹲跳、原地纵跳以及连续纵跳爆发力值都显著增加,直膝跳爆发力值也有提高;预拉伸效果值增加不显著,快肌纤维百分比、腿部平衡能力值略微下降但不显著.结论:周期性力量训练有助于帮助青少年排球运动员提高下肢爆发力,运动表现能力得到提高.The paper aims to reveal the effect of periodic strength training on the explosive strength of the lower limbs of young volleyball players. In this study, the forty-eight men volleyball players in Taiyuan were progressive strength training, and the relevant indicators were compared before and after the experiment. Results showed:before and after the experiment of squatting jump, standing vertical jump, vertical jump and continuous jump straight knee height all increased significantly;squat jump, countermovement jump and continuous vertical jumping explosive force value increased significantly, and straight knee jerk outbreak force value is improved;The pre tension value did not significantly increase, fast muscle fiber the percentage and leg balance value decreased slightly but not significantly. Conclusion are:periodical strength training can help young volleyball players to improve the explosive force of the lower limbs, and the ability to exercise performance is improved.
