摘　　要：通过介绍西尼罗河热的全球流行历史与现状,指出该病具有流行区域不断扩展、流行频率增加、致病性严重等特点,提出了加强对国际运输工具的杀虫消毒,以及加强口岸动物检疫、预警性监测和诊断技术储备等建议,以期为科学防控该病提供依据。In this article,the epidemic history all over the world and current situation of West Nile Fever（WNF） were introduced. According to the introduction,it was found that WNV has the characteristics of continuous expanding of epidemic region,high frequency of disease epidemic and severe pathogenicity. For the purpose of providing the basis for its scientific prevention and control,some recommendations were proposed,including strengthening elimination of mosquitoes and disinfection towards international transportation facilities,intensifying animal inspection and quarantine at ports,strengthening supervision of early warning and reserving diagnosis techniques,and so on.
