摘　　要：我国进口非食用动物产品标准、体系和机制建设已日趋完善。本文通过整理当前我国进口非食用动物产品相关的标准、法律法规和部门规章,分析了我国进口非食用动物产品的标准、体系和机制的建设现状,提出了加强标准制定的基础研究,积极采用国际标准,建立和完善不同环节法规体系等建议。Thanks to continuous efforts,the development of mechanism and standard system for imported non-food animal products in China has been improving over the years. In this article,through classification and arrangement of the related standards,laws and regulations and the departmental rules for imported non-food animal products in China, the current status for the development of mechanism and standard system were analyzed. At the end,some suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the fundamental research for standard setting,adopting the international standard actively,as well as establishing and improving the legal system in different links.
