摘 要:全国各省级电子出证系统与中央电子出证平台全面实施数据对接,实现了动物原产地、目的地检疫监督信息互联互通与实时共享,有助于动物卫生监督信息化工作深度融合。本文分析了全国各省级电子出证系统与中央电子出证平台数据对接方案、技术实现及工作原理,梳理了目前数据对接实施过程中出现的问题,提出了研发APP,加强专有云建设及探索大数据技术应用等相关对策。Thanks to the implementation of data docking mechanism between the provincial electronic-based certificate issuing system and the central platform for such system,the interconnection and real-time sharing of animal quarantine and supervision information in both production area and destination were realized,which was conducive to deep integration of informatization of animal health and the supervision services. In this article,the data docking scheme, technological realization and its operating principle of the above system and platform were analyzed,some problems appeared in the process of data docking were also sorted out. In the end,related countermeasures were proposed, which included the R&D of the APP,strengthening construction of private clouds and exploring the application of big data technology.
