摘 要:由2型猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis serotype 2)引起的猪链球菌病(Swine streptococosis)是一种重要的人兽共患疾病,具有高感染率、高死亡率的特点。为加强口岸动物源性产品中2型猪链球菌的现场查验力度,建立了2型猪链球菌LAMP检测方法,并对方法的特异性、敏感性和稳定性进行了测试。通过在LAMP反应产物中加入显色液,提高了对检测结果肉眼判定的准确性,实现了结果判定可视化的目标,有助于在出入境口岸货物查验现场及猪场等一线实验室使用。Swine streptococosis is caused by Streptococcus suis serotype 2,which is one of the important zoonosis diseases with characteristics of high infection and high mortality rate. In order to strengthen the spot inspection of the Streptococcus suis serotype 2 carried by animal-derived products at each entry-exit port,a loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)method was established. Then its specificity,sensitivity and stability were tested. With the entry of SYBR Green into LAMP reaction products,the accuracy of the testing results judged by naked eyes has been enhanced,and the objective of visibility of result judging was realized. The LAMP method would offer help to the front-line laboratories,such as in the goods inspection spots belonging to the entry-exit ports and the pig farms.
