摘　　要：近年来,包皮环切术、暴露前/后预防、杀微生物剂、治疗性预防等艾滋病生物医学预防策略的研究取得重要进展,探索及选择适合我国国情和艾滋病流行情况的预防策略必要而迫切。本文拟从研究现状、发展趋势以及在我国推广的机遇和挑战等方面简要介绍近年人类"抗艾"道路上重要的生物医学预防策略。In recent years, new HIV biomedical prevention strategies, such as male circumcision, pre/post- exposureprophylaxis, microbicides, and treatment as prevention have made important progress.It is necessary and urgent to explore andidentify the suitable HIV prevention strategies based on the unique situation of China and the HIV epidemic status. In thispaper, we briefly summarized the current status, development trends, as well as the opportunities and challenges ofimplementation of the important new HIV biomedical prevention strategies developed in recent years.
