摘　　要：目的分析2014—2016年广西专项示范区筛查新发现HIV阳性人群的流行病学特征。方法在广西专项示范区对新发现HIV阳性人群进行流行病学调查,获取社会人口学、行为学及暴露史等信息,使用PASW Statistics 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果新发现感染HIV病例主要特征：≥50岁占63.91%,农民占61.74%,离异/丧偶/分居占57.83%,低文化程度占56.52%。84.30%男性因＂异性商业性途径＂感染,87.93%女性因＂异性非商业性途径＂感染。共有193名男性在最近0~18个月内有过商业性行为,新发现病例组和既往报告病例组分别为70.35%、72.00%;商业性行为暴露时间跨度（8.55±8.65）年。新发现病例组92.17%病例有固定性伴性行为。结论广西示范区筛查新发现的HIV病例主要是农村地区、中老年、离异丧偶或分居的男性人群,其性行为多样而复杂,主要通过商业性途径感染。艾滋病在农村地区扩散和二代传播的形势较为严峻。Objective We analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of newly emerged cases from HIV antibodyscreening in infectious disease special demonstration project areas of Guangxi, 2014-2016. Methods The newly emergedcases from HIV antibody screening in infectious disease special demonstration project areas of Guangxi, 2014- 2016 wereinvestigated with the epidemiological method. The information about demography, behavior and exposure history was collected,and the data were analyzed statistically with PASW Statistics 18.0. Results The main characteristics of the newly emergedcases were ≥50 years old（63.91%）, farmers（61.74%）, divorced/widowed/separated（57.83%） and low educated（56.52%）.Moreover, 84.30% of the male were infected through commercial heterosexual way, and 87.93% of the female were infectedthrough non- commercial heterosexual activity. A total of 193 men had commercial intercourse behavior in 0- 18 monthsrecently. The newly discovered cases and reported cases accounted for 70.35% and 72.00% respectively. The commercialbehavior exposure time was（8.55±8.65） years, and 92.17% of the newly discovered cases had fixed partners. Conclusion Themain characteristics of newly emerged HIV positive cases from HIV antibody screening are male, elderly, divorced or widowedand living in the rural areas. The sexual behavior is various and complicated, and commercial intercourse is the maintransmission way. Thus, the situation of HIV spread and secondary transmission spread are serious in rural areas.
