犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺肺结核咯血随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺肺结核咯血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。均常规基础抗结核治疗。对照组60例垂体后叶素24U+5%葡萄糖500mL,静滴;硝酸甘油5mg+5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴。治疗组60例犀角地黄汤(水牛角、生地黄各30g,赤芍12g,牡丹皮、茜草各10g,生地榆、槐花、白茅根各15g),1剂/d,水煎400m]L,早晚温服。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效30例,无效7例,总有效率88.33%;对照组显效20例,有效24例,无效16例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核咯血,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined anti-TB treatment Fire Excess from Yin Deficiency tuberculosis hemoptysis efficacy. [Method] Random parallel control method, 120 cases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order numbers simple randomized into two groups. Both on a regular basis anti- TB treatment. Control group, 60 cases of vasopressin 24U＋5% glucose 500 mL, intravenous; nitroglycerin 5mg＋5% glucose 250 mL, intravenous infusion. Treatment group, 60 cases of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction （buffalo horn, Rehmanniae the 30g, red peony 12 g, tree peony bark, madder the I0 g, Health Burnet, SJ, rhizome each 15g）, 1 agent/d, decoction 400 mL, morning and evening temperature clothes. 3 d continuous treatment course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 courses, to determine efficacy. [Result] Treatment group 23 cases, effective 30 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 88.33%; control group, 20 cases markedly effective in 24 cases, 16 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.33%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈O.05）. [Conclusion] Xijiao Dihuang Decoction combined anti-TB treatment Fire Excess from Yin Deficiency tuberculosis hemoptysis satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
