七仙骨痛方联合维骨力治疗痛风随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察七仙骨痛方联合维骨力治疗痛风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院)患者按就诊先后顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组41例维骨力2片/次,1次/d,餐后服用。治疗组41例七仙骨痛方(苹薜30‰防风、杜仲、淫羊藿、补骨脂、川牛膝各10g,车前子30g,木瓜15g,威灵仙12g,茯芩30g,生薏苡仁、炒薏苡仁各15g,桑寄生30g,生蒲黄包煎12g,山慈菇10g,细辛3g;寒湿重防风、细辛加量;关节红肿热痛,加连翘、秦皮、稀莶草、苦参;结节瘀重加川芎、桃仁、红花),1剂/d,水煎1500mL,早中晚饭后温服;维骨力治疗同对照组。连续治疗2个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效13例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.56%;对照组痊愈15例,显效11例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率80.49%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]七仙骨痛方联合维骨力治疗痛风,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Seven Cents Bone Pain Fang combined of Glucosamine treatment of gout treatment. [Method] Random parallel control method, 82 patients hospitalized） patients were randomized into two treatment sequence is simple. 41 cases in the control group two-dimensional Glucosamine/times, 1 times/d, after meals. Treatment of 41 cases Seven Cents Bone Pain Fang （castor seed 30g, wind, Eucommia, Epimedium, psoralen, Cyathula 10g, Plantago 30g, papaya 15g, Clematis 12g, Poria 30g, Health Yiyiren, fried Coix seed 15g, mistletoe 30g, raw Puhuang including fried 12g, arrowhead mountain 10g, Asarum 3g; alpine heavy wind, the amount of the fine Singa; joint pain, swelling, plus forsythia Qin skin, pig sign grass, Sophora; nodules stasis heavier Chuanxiong, peach kernel, safflower）, a/d, decoction 1500mL, breakfast, after dinner, warm clothes; dimension Glucosamine therapy with the control group. Continuous treatment of 2 months for a course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure 22 cases, 13 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases and 1 case, the total effective rate was 97.56%; control group cured 15 cases, 11 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 80.49% ; treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Seven Cents Bone Pain Fang combined of Glueosamine treatment of gout, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
