杞菊地黄丸联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚高血压随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察杞菊地黄丸联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例硝苯地平30mg/次,1次/d,晨起空腹口服。治疗组40例杞菊地黄丸,1丸/次,2次/d,口服;硝苯地平治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊显效29例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%;对照组显效20例,有效22例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]杞菊地黄丸联合硝苯地平治疗肝肾阴虚高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Qiju Dihuang Wan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency hypertension. [Methods] 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. The control group of 40 cases of nifedipine 30 mg/times, 1 times/d, fasting oral. The treatment group of 40 cases Qiju Dihuang Wan, 1 pills/time, 2 times/d, oral nifedipine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 2 courses （4 weeks）, to determine the efficacy. 29 cases were all effective treatment. [Results] 19 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96%; 20 cases of control group were effective, 22 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 84%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Qiju Dihuang Wan combined with nifcdipine in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency of hypertension, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
