参麦注射液联合西药治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察参麦注射液联合西药治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例低蛋白糖尿病饮食,口服药物控制血糖,控制在5.6~7.1mmol/L,餐后血糖〈11.1mmol/L,钙离子拮抗剂或β受体阻滞剂等控制血压〈130/80mm Hg;前列地尔10ug＋0.9%生理盐水100m L,静滴,1次/d。治疗组34例参麦注射液40m L＋0.9%生理盐水250m L,静滴,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白排泄率、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%;对照组显效6例,有效19例,无效9例,总有效率73.53%;治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组症状积分均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。Scr、BUN、UAER两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）;TG、TC治疗组均明显改善（P〈0.05）,对照组无明显变化（P〉0.05）。[结论]参麦注射液联合西药治疗气虚血瘀糖尿病肾病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe Shenmai injection combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic nephropathy Qi and Blood. [Methods] Random parallel control method 68 patients hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple. The control group of 34 patients with diabetes low-protein diet, oral medication to control blood sugar control in 5.6-7.1 mmol/L, postprandial blood glucose 〈 11.1 mmol / L, calcium antagonists or 13-blockers to control blood pressure〈 130/80 mmHg; alprostadil injection 10 ug＋0.9% 100 mL saline, intravenous infusion, 1/d. Treatment group, 34 patients Shenmai injection 40mL＋0.9% 250mL saline, intravenous infusion, l/d; western medicine with the control group. 14d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, triglycerides, total cholesterol, serum creatininc, blood urea nitrogen, urinary protein excretion rate of adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The treatment group 13 cases, 19 cases were effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 94.12%; 6 cases of control group were effective, 19 cases effective, 9 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.53%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. The two groups symptoms were improved （P〈0.01）, treatment group better than the control group （P〈0.01）.Scr, BUN, UAER two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）; TG, TC in treatment group were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, the control group had no significant change （P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Shenmai injection combined with alprostadil treatment of diabetic nephropathy Qi and Blood satisfaction, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
