养血通脉汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察养血通脉汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组36例甲磺酸倍他司汀,12mg/次,3次/d。治疗组36例养血通脉汤(鸡血藤30g,枸杞12g,天麻、川芎、丹参各15g,泽泻12g,首乌、黄芪各15g,姜半夏各12g,葛根、钩藤各15g,枣皮12g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、椎动脉血流图、脑电图、纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、红细胞比积、血浆黏度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效9例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%;对照组痊愈12例,显效3例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率8233%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、红细胞比积、血浆黏度治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]养血通脉汤联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the joint nourishing decoction makes Lang Min treatment of vertebral- basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. [Methods] Random parallel control method, 72 outpatients by a coin toss method is simple randomized into two groups. The control group of 36 patients sensitized to make Long, 12 mg/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 36 patients nourishing decoction （Jixueteng 30g, Gouqi 12g, Tianma, Chuanxiong, Danshen 15g, Zexie 12g, Shouwu, Huangqi each 15g, Jiangbanxia 12g, Gegen, Gouteng each 15g, Zaopi 12g）, 1 Ji/ d, decoction 400 mL, sooner or later, oral, 200 mL/times; western medicine with the control group. 21 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] The cure in 23 cases, 9 cases, effective in 3 cases and 1 case, the total efficiency of 97.22%. The control group cured 12 cases, effective in 3 cases, effective in 15 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 82.33%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity, red blood cell volume, plasma viscosity of the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] nourishing decoction treatment of vertebral joint sensitized so Long - basilar artery insufficiency vertigo satisfaction, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
