五苓散肾系病证应用简况

摘　　要：五苓散出自《伤寒论》,是治疗阳不化气、水湿内停经典方剂。现代广泛应用于小便异常、肾炎、前列腺疾病、尿路感染、泌尿系结石、睾丸鞘膜积液等肾系疾病治疗,或辨证加减,或联合西药,或联合现代碎石仪器等,均取得良好疗效。未来有望结合现代科技,从有效成分入手,解析五苓散作用机制。Wulingsan was first recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage, it is a classical prescription for Yang falling to transform into Qi,retention of water and dampness. Now it has being widely used in kidney diseases and syndromes, such as urine disorder, nephritis, prostate dieases, urinary tract infection, lithangiuria, hydrocele of tunica vaginalis, etc. With the development of medicine,better effection has been aechieved by herbs decrease or addition being based on syndrome differentiation,combination with western medicines or lithotripsy.In the future, we could discover the inner mechanism through analyzing the active ingredient.
