摘　　要：为提高云南省边境地区疾病症状上报的质量和效率,改进医疗机构上报疾病症状的方式,解决纸质记录症状信息、传染病暴发响应不及时等矛盾,以及提高预测传染病暴发的效率,针对云南边境地区的特点,基于Java服务器页面技术,采用移动互联网络等最新技术,构建了一套基于android平台的云南边境地区症状监测预警系统,实现了患者症状信息及时上报、当天汇总、实时查询、打印、图表分析和数据质量监测等功能,以加强对传染病暴发的预警能力,实现国家边境地区的全方位的症状监测预警。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the disease symptom reporting and early warning and timely response of communicable disease outbreak in the border area of Yunnan province,a symptom surveillance and early warning system based on Java server pages（ JSP） and android platform was established according to the local situation in the border area in Yunnan,through which the timely reporting of patients＇ symptoms and data analysis,real-time remote inquiry,print and chart analysis and monitoring of data quality can be achieved for the purpose of improving the early warning of communicable disease outbreak in the border area of China.
