品管圈活动对提高小儿内科护士对仪器设备管理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈对提高小儿内科仪器设备的完好率的效果。方法由2015年2月1日—8月1日通过现状调查,小儿内科仪器设备存在的问题,成立了品管圈小组,按照"PDCA"循环方法持续质量改进。比较QC小组活动前后小儿内科仪器设备的仪器清点困难、仪器故障、仪器线路丢失以及仪器损坏等情况。结果 QC活动后小儿内科的仪器设备清点困难、仪器故障、线路丢失及仪器损坏情况与活动前比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 QC小组能有效规范仪器的管理,有效提高工作效率。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on improving the integrity rate of the instrument and equipment in pediatric department of internal medicine.Methods From February the first 2015 to August the first 2015,we find out the problem of the instrument and equipment in pediatric department of internal medicine through the present situation investigation. The quality control circle group was set up,in accordance with the ＂ PDCA＂ circulation method the quality of instruments and equipment continuous improved. Compared the situation of equipment inventory difficulties,equipment failures,instrument line loss and equipment damage in the pediatric department of internal medicine before and after the QC activities.Results After the QC activity,the situations of difficult to count,instrument failure,line loss and equipment damage of instruments and equipment in the internal medicine department were significantly improved,P〈0.05.Conclusions The QC group can effectively regulate the management of the instrument,and effectively improve the efficiency of the work.
