舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉在行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者群体中应用价值和安全性。方法:择取2015年6月至2016年6月在赣州市人民医院接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术手术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照患者的入院时间先后顺序随机将其等分研究组和参照组,每组各30例。参照组患者行单纯舒芬太尼静脉麻醉,研究组患者行舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,观察比较两组患者的拔管时间、呼吸恢复时间、呼叫睁眼时间、并发症发生率、术中知晓率以及麻醉优良率。结果:研究组患者的拔管时间、呼吸恢复时间以及呼叫睁眼时间均显著短于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率和术中知晓率均显著低于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的麻醉优良率显著高于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术的患者行舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚药物麻醉,能够显著缩短患者的拔管时间、呼吸恢复时间以及呼叫睁眼时间,降低患者的并发症发生率和术中知晓率,提升患者的麻醉优良率,改善患者在围术期过程中的生存质量,值得在临床实践过程中予以推广运用。Objective： To explore the effect and safety of sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic uterine fibroids excision application. Methods： 60 cases of uterine myomectomy surgery patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in Ganzhou People＇s Hospital accepted laparoscopic were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, 30 cases in each group. In the reference group, patients were treated with intravenous sufentanil for anesthesia, while the study group were treated with sufentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia, and then the pull tube time, breathing recovery time, call eye opening time, complication rate, intraoperative awareness rate and the rate of excellent and good anesthesia were compared between the two groups. Results： The extubation time, breathing recovery time and call the goggle time in the study group were significantly shorter than the reference group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications and awareness rate of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of anesthesia in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Sufentanil combined with propofol anesthesia can significantly reduce extubation time, breathing recovery time and call eye opening time in patients accepted laparoscopic myomectomy surgery, reduce the complication rate and intraoperative awareness rate, anesthesia excellent rate of increase in patients with, improve the quality of life, thus it is worth to be popularized and applied.
