摘 要:目的采用图论的方法探讨轻度颅脑损伤(mild traumatic brain injury,mTBI)患者脑网络介数(Betweenness)及局部脑网络效率改变。方法 20例轻度颅脑损伤后3个月患者伴有迁延不愈的头晕、头痛、记忆下降、注意力下降等症状,和20例年龄、性别及教育程度相符合的健康对照,采集两组静息态功能磁共振数据,应用Gretna中Network Construction模块进行数据预处理得到脑网络的矩阵,然后运用Network Analysis模块进行网络分析,得到脑网络的介数及局部网络效率属性,介数属性的结果进行统计分析后得到有差异的脑区;对局部脑网络效率在不同阈值下进行统计分析,并在阈值为0.1≤Sparsity≤0.4范围内比较局部脑网络效率的改变。结果与健康被试相比,mTBI患者介数降低的脑区有:左侧额上回、左侧海马、左侧舌叶、左侧枕叶上部;介数升高的脑区有右侧海马。与对照组相比,mTBI患者脑局部效率降低。结论本研究发现mTBI患者的脑网络的评价指标介数以及局部脑网络效率发生了改变,而介数值的改变可能是导致局部脑功能网络效率降低的原因之一。Objective To study the alteration of betweenness and local network efficiency in patients with mild brain injury based on graph theory. Methods 20 patients with the consistent dizzy,headache and the deficit of memory,attention and sleep in the period of 3months after mild brain injury are enrolled. 20 healthy people paired in sexy,age and education also enrolled as control,two groups data of resting state fMRI was collected, the data dealed with software of gretna to obtain the Martix of network,Betweenness and local efficiency of network. Two independdent group test are used to deal with the value of Betweenness for statistical significant different brain regions. Two independdent group test are also used to deal with the results of local efficiency of network in different thresholds and the changs of local efficiency network are compared in the threshold value rang of 0.1 ≤Sparsity ≤0.4. Results The mTBI data compared with healthy control the brain region with decreased betweenness was left superior frontal gyrus,left lingualis gyrus,left hippocampus and left upper occipital lobe. The enhanced brain region was right hippo- campus. The mTBI patients' local brain efficiency was reduced compared with healthy controls. Conclusion The study found the changes in betweenness of brain network and local network efficiency,the alteration in betweenness may lead to the decline of local brain network efficiency.
