基于等效焓降法研究加热器端差对机组经济性的影响

摘　　要：加热器的传热端差是影响热力系统经济性的主要因素之一,准确计算端差对经济性的影响,对机组运行、检修具有重要意义。基于等效焓降理论,以300 MW机组为研究对象,取消端差进行分析计算,分析各个加热器端差对装置效率、发电机组热耗率、标准煤耗率和全年煤耗量等经济指标的影响。文中结论对于指导回热系统运行及研究机组经济性具有十分重要的意义。Evaluating exactly heat economy of unit caused by terminal temperature difference of heater is significance for repair of modify system. Based on the equivalent enthalpy drop theory,put forward the calculation model of impact of heater terminal difference on the economy of thermal systems,study on 300 MW generating units,heater terminal difference,analyzed the heater terminal difference at all levels that impact efficiency of power generation, power generation unit heat consumption rate, the standard coal consumption rate and annual coal consumption and other economic indicators. This work isidentified as being critical significanceto direct operation of heat recovery system and research unit economic.
