摘　　要：从长满荒草的建筑垃圾场,到如今草木葱茏的休闲公园,位于潍坊＂北大门＂——北海路与北外环交界处的开元立交桥下的空地,来了一次华丽转身。经过半年多的精心打造,目前开元公园各项工作已近尾声,并已向社会公众开放。开元公园是今年潍坊市的重点民生工程,同时也是潍坊打造＂海绵城市＂的试点,是集雨洪调蓄生态循环、城市公共服务设施以及休闲健身娱乐基地子一体的综合性公园。＂北大门＂：一个崭新的绿植世界沿北海路一路向北行至北外环,一座互通式立交桥出现在眼前。沿着这座立交桥,可通达寿光、昌邑、滨海等多个方向,因此这里也被叫做潍坊的＂北大门＂。An open space under the Kaiyuan Flyover on the north entrance of Weifang where Beihai Road and North Outer Ring meet experienced a radical change — a change from a dumping area covered with weeds to a park covered with grasslands and trees.After half years of preparation,all the work is nearly completed and Kaiyuan Park has opened to the public.Acting as a facility to collect rain,to prevent flood and to preserve ecosystem,and as a public leisure facility.Kaiyuan Park is the key work of Weifang government this year and the government's trial to build a 'sponge city'.The addition of Kaiyuan Park,which is the Weifang government's key work concerning the life of the public,promotes the life quality and happiness of the people in the neighboring area.It is a work perceivable,visible and enjoyable.
