有限内固定联合微型双边外固定支架术治疗中足骨折脱位的疗效

摘　　要：目的对足骨折脱位患者行有限内固定联合微型双边外固定支架术治疗的临床价值评价。方法将35例足骨折脱位患者作为研究组,行有限内固定联合微型双边外固定支架术治疗,同期选择32例患者作为对照组,行常规切开复位内固定术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组患者手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间短于对照组患者,差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者出现活动受限情况少于对照组,临床治疗总优良率高于对照组,差异比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有限内固定联合微型双边外固定支架术治疗中足骨折的疗效更加理想,患者术后恢复快。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of limited internal fixation combined with mini bilateral external fixation in treatment of foot fracture and dislocation. Methods 35 patients with foot fracture and dislocation were treated with limited internal fixation combined with mini-external fixation. 32 patients were selected as the control group and treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation. Results The operation time, hospital stay and wound healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. the patients with active limitation in the study group were less than the control group, The total excellent and good rate of treatment was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Limited internal fixation combined with mini-external fixation in the treatment of midfoot fractures is more ideal, patients with postoperative recovery faster.
