摘 要:目的研究微创膝关节松解术治疗膝关节创伤后僵直的临床效果。方法选取86例膝关节创伤后僵直患者为研究对象,将所有患者分为实验组和对照组,应用微创膝关节松解术治疗实验组患者,应用常规膝关节松解术治疗对照组患者,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,优良率(97.7%)高于对照组(86.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创膝关节松解术治疗膝关节创伤后僵直,能够减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,提高术后膝关节的弯曲角度。Objective To study to minimally invasive knee joint release effect observation of for treatment of knee joint stiffness after trauma. Methods 86 cases of knee joint stiffness after trauma patients were chosen as the research object, divided into experimental group and control group, using minimally invasive knee joint release for treatment of patients in the experimental group, using conventional knee joint release for treatment of patients in the control group, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than the control group, the excellent and good rate(97.7%) was higher than that of the control group(86.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive knee joint release for treatment of post-traumatic knee stiffness, can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten operation time, the bending angle of the knee joint after operation to improve.
