摘  要:目的:分析研究不同剂量右旋美托咪啶对七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导的影响.方法:选取2014年5月~2016年2月在我院择期行妇科腹腔镜手术全身麻醉的患者90例,随机分为A组、B组以及C组,A组采取单纯吸入七氟醚麻醉诱导,B组采取右旋美托咪啶0.5μg/kg,C组采取右旋美托咪啶1.0μg/kg,对三组各项观察指标给予对比.结果:与A组对比,B组以及C组入睡时间、气管插管时间以及BIS值≤60时间较短(P〈0.05),C组缩短明显;B组以及C组吸入期间N次肺活量比A组少,三组都没有出现无意识的肢动、喉痉挛、呛咳屏气以及支气管痉挛,插管条件良好.结论:右旋美托咪啶0.5μg/kg以及1.0μg/kg全部会出现明显的镇静效果,使诱导时间明显缩短,对气管插管时的应激反应给予有效抑制,具有临床推广价值.Objective: to analyze the different doses of dextral beauty holds the mi organism on the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia induction. Selection methods: in May 2014- names of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital in February 2016, A total of 90 cases of patients with general anesthesia, were randomly divided into group A and group B and group C, group A to pure inhaled sevoflurane anesthesia induction, group B take A right-handed beauty cannot totally 0.5μg/kg, group C to dextral beauty cannot totally 1.0μg/kg, give the observation indexes of three groups of patients. Results: compared with group A, group B and group C in patients with sleep time, endotracheal intubation time and the BIS value of 60 time shorter or less (P〈0.05), among them with C were significantly shortened; Group B and group C during inhalation lung capacity comparison group A N time, three groups of patients did not appear unconscious limb movement, laryngospasm, choking cough breathless and bronchospasm, intubation conditions is good. Conclusion: right-handed beauty cannot totally 0.5μg/kg and 1.0μg/kg all appear obvious sedative effect, make the induction time significantly shortened, stress reaction of endotracheal intubation time give effective suppression, has clinical value.
