关于我院门诊西药房不合理处方的分析

摘　　要：目的：提高门诊处方质量，为用药安全提供可靠保障。方法：选取2013年6～12月我院门诊西药房处方，共计4000张，对门诊西药房出具的用药处方进行采集与整合，由医院资深主管药师对处方规范性、适宜性及超常处方进行筛查。结果：筛查不规范处方170张，占比4．25％；不适宜处方1188张，占比2．95％；超常处方12张，占比0．3％。结论：我院门诊西药房处方存在不合理现象，这是不争的事实，医院有关部门应予以足够重视，通过定期开展培训活动，不断提高工作人员的专业技能与职业素养，从而为用药安全提供可靠保障，减少不合理处方。Objective： to improve the quality of outpatient prescriptions and provide reliable guarantee for the safety of drug use. Methods： June 2013-2013 year in December in our hospital outpatient pharmacy prescription, a total of 4000 copies, issued on clinic pharmacy prescriptions were collected and integrated by the hospital, senior director of pharmacists on normative prescription, suitability and abnormal prescription screening. Results： a total of 170 prescriptions were screened, accounting for 4.25% of the total, not suitable for a total of 1188 prescriptions, accounting for 2.95%; over a total of 12 prescriptions, accounting for 0.3%. Conclusion： the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital are unreasonable, this is an indisputable fact, the relevant departments to deal with the problem of the hospital should pay enough attention, through regular training activities, and constantly improve their professional skills and occupation literacy related staff, so as to provide a reliable guarantee for drug safety, reduce the unreasonable the prescription.
