摘　　要：本丈通过分析1例超声诊断成人先天性双孔二尖瓣畸形病例,认为超声心动图能够准确的诊断DOMV及其心内合并症,超声心动图是目前诊断该疾病最可靠的方法。It was found that echocardiographic can diagnosis DOMV and its complications exactly by analyzed I case report of the echocardiographic diagnosis of mitral valve double orifice in adult, lJp to now. echocardiographic was the most reliable method to diagnose the disease and it played the most imoortant role in selecting the appropriate programs and Follow-up visit.
