急性阑尾炎合并卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿破裂漏诊1例

摘　　要：1病例资料患者,女,47岁。以＂腹痛5h＂为主诉入院,为下腹部持续性胀痛,以右下腹较重,无放散痛,伴恶心呕吐。查体：体温36.5℃,脉搏78次/min,血压125/78mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）,心肺检查无异常。全腹软,未触及明显包块,下腹部压痛、反跳痛,伴轻度肌紧张,肠鸣音正常,约4次/min。既往史：自诉盆腔包块病史。急诊CT提示阑尾多发粪石、右髂窝少量积液、盆腔积液、Here we reported a case with acute abdominal pain who was diagnosed with acute appendicitis according to the symptoms,signs and imaging examinations at admission.Laparoscopic appendectomy combined with cystectomy of ovarian endometriosis cyst was performed for the intraoperative finding of rupture of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Untypical symptom and unfamiliar with gynecological diseases of surgeon contributed to the missed diagnosis of rupture of left ovarian endometriosis cyst.We also analyzed the reasons and summarized the experience from the case.
