摘 要:目的:考察淫羊藿不同提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用倍比稀释法考察淫羊藿不同提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用,测定抑菌圈大小、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:淫羊藿提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和枯草芽孢氏菌均呈现不同程度的抑菌能力,水提物的抑菌能力强于醇提物(P<0.05或P<0.01);水提物经过不同温度热处理后对各菌株的抑菌能力无显著差异(P>0.05),醇提物经高温处理后抑菌能力呈下降趋势,温度越高抑菌能力越弱(P<0.05)。淫羊藿水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC和MBC相同,分别为7.81,1.95,31.25 mg·ml^(-1),白色念珠菌的MIC和MBC分别为15.63,31.25 mg·ml^(-1);淫羊藿醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌的MIC和MBC相同,分别为15.63,3.91,62.5,62.5 mg·ml^(-1)。结论:淫羊藿提取物具有明显的抑菌效果,其中水提物优于醇提物。淫羊藿不同化学成分的极性会对抑菌效果产生影响。Objective: To study the in vitro bacteriostasis of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract from Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.. Methods: The double dilution method was used to study the antibacterial effect of the different extracts on escherichia coli (E. coli ) , candida albicans, bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus ). The inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined. Results: The extracts of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. had inhibitory effect on escherichia coli ( E. coli ) , candida albicaus , bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus ( S. aureus ) in varying degree, and the aqueous extract was better than the alcohol extract (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). After heated at different temperatures, the aqueous extract showed similar antibacterial activity ( P 〉 0.05 ), while the alcohol extract had decreased antibacterial activity (P 〈0.05 ). The MIC and MBC of the aqueous extract on staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), escherichia coli (E. coli) and bacillus subtilis were the same with 7.81, 1.95 and 31.25 mg · ml^-1, respectively. The MIC and MBC of Candida albicans was 15.63 mg· ml^-1and 31.25 mg· ml^-1, respectively. The MIC and MBC of the alcohol extract on escherichia coli (E. coli), candida albicans, bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) were the same with 15.63, 3.91, 62.5 and 62.5 mg · ml^-1 , respectively. Conclusion: The extracts of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. have obvious bacteriostasis effects, and the bacteriostasis effect of the aqueous extract is better than that of the alcohol extract. The polar of chemical compositions has notable influence on the antibacterial effect.
