摘 要:目的:探讨^(131)I治联合丙硫氧嘧啶治疗对甲亢患者血清CT、PTH、BGP水平及甲状腺功能的影响。方法:甲亢患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组使用^(131)I碘治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丙硫氧嘧啶。疗程均为2个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血清降钙素(CT)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、骨钙素(BGP)及甲状腺功能各指标的变化,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组血清CT、PTH、BGP,以及甲状腺功能各指标水平均较治疗前得到改善(P<0.05);且观察组血清CT、BGP,血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)水平均低于对照组,血清PTH、促甲状腺激素(FSH)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲亢患者在^(131)I碘治疗的基础上加用丙硫氧嘧啶可以有效的降低血清CT、BGP的水平,使血清PTH水平增加,促进甲状腺功能得到恢复,值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the effects of radioactive ^131I combined with propyhhiouracil on serum levels of CT, PTH and BGP and thyroid function in the patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: Totally 80 eases of patients with hyperthyroidism were divided into the observation group (40 cases) and the control group (40 eases) randomly. The control group was treated with radioactive ^131I, while the observation group was treated with propyhhiouracil additionally, and the treatment course was 2 months. The changes of CT, PTH and BGP and thyroid function indices were observed before and after the treatment, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: After the treatment, the serum levels of CT, PTH and BGP and thyroid function indices in the two groups were all improved when compared with those before the treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of BGP, CT, free three iodine (b33), free thyroid hormone (Fl'4), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroid globulin antibody (TGAb) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum levels of PTH and thyroid stimulating hormone (FSH) were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Based on the use of radioactive ^131I in the patients with hyperthyroidism, propyhhiouracil can effectively reduce the serum levels of CT and BGP, increase the serum level of PTH and promote thyroid function, which is worthy of promoted application in clinics.
