养血润肤饮联合自血疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症27例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨养血润肤饮联合自血疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法:将50例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,观察组27例,以口服养血润肤饮联合自血疗法治疗,方药水煎服,1剂/d,自血疗法隔日一次;对照组23例口服西替利嗪片10.0mg,1次/d。两组疗程20d,观察治疗前后症状改善程度。结果:27例观察组患者,显效14例(51.9%),有效7例(25.9%),无效3例(11.1%),总有效率88.9%,对照组23例显效2例(8.7%),有效13例(56.5%),无效8例(34.8%),总有效率65.2%,两组总体疗效进行比较P<0.05。结论:养血润肤饮联合自血疗法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症疗效优于西替利嗪片。Objective：To investigate the effects of yangxuerunfuyin combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of diabetic skin pruritus curative effect. Methods：50 cases of diabetic patients with skin pruritus were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 27 patients with yangx- uerunfuyin combined with autohemotherapy, Chinese medicine once a day, autohemotherapy once every two days. The control group, 23 cases of oral cetirizine tablets 10.0mg, once a day. The course of treatment was 20 days, observed before and after treatment of symptoms. Results：27 cases of patients in the treatment group, 14 cases （51.9%）, effective in 7 cases （25.9%）, invalid in 3 cases （11.1%）, the total efficiency of 88.9%, control group 23 cases were cured in 2 cases （8.7%）, effective in 13 cases （56.5%）, invalid in 8 cases （34.8%）, the total efficiency of 65.2% grade, the overall efficacy of the 2 groups were compared P〈0.05. Conclusion：yangxuerunfuyin combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of diabetic skin pruritus is better than cetirizine.
