中医外科血管病症及活血化瘀法在临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对中医外科血管病症进行临床分析,研究活血化瘀法在治疗此类疾病方面的优势。方法:以经中西医理论确诊的42例外科血管病症患者为研究对象,按入院日期单双号划分为观察组和对照组,对照组20例仅行西医常规治疗;观察组22例在此基础上联合应用活血化瘀法进行治疗。1个疗程治疗后统计两组疗效,并行肝肾功能和心电图检测,评价治疗安全性。结论:治疗总有效率对比,观察组100.0%,对照组80.0%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);安全性对比,两组均无明显异常,治疗过程中均未出现任何严重不良反应。结论:中医对外科血管病症有深入的研究,合理利用活血化瘀法,能够在保证治疗安全性的同时,提升治疗效果,值得推广。Objective： To analyze clinical surgery of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on vascular disease, blood circulation by removing blood stasis method in the treatment of such diseases and research advantage. Methods： The theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis of 42 cases of surgical patients with vascular disease as the research object, according to the date of admission and odd number can be divided into observation group and control group, control group 20 cases of only western medicine routine treatment; Observation group of 22 eases on the basis of the combined application of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method for treatment. Only statistics of two groups after a course of treatment, concurrent liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination, evaluate the safety of the treatment. Result： The total effective rate treatment, observation group 100.0%, control group 80.0%, due to the control group （P〈0.05）; Security contrast, two groups had no obvious ab- normalities, summary treatment process has not been any serious adverse reaction. Conclusion： Chinese medicine have a deep research on surgical vascular disease, reasonable use of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method, can in order to safeguard the safety of the treatment at the same time, improve the treatment effect, is worth promoting.
