摘 要:将石墨原料粉体以流态化方式通入到高温炉膛,并通入少量Cl2或其它工艺气体,利用高温法结合化学法,对石墨原料进行连续式提纯。通过对比不同尾气处理技术的特点,分析石墨提纯过程的尾气组分,探讨了石墨提纯工艺的尾气处理技术。研究结果表明,连续式生产过程中不断产生杂质和尾气排放,与之配套的尾气处理技术是该工艺能够连续可靠运转的重要条件。同时给出了一套高效可行的尾气处理工艺。该工艺具备多样性、高效性、性价比高、连续性好等特点,完全满足连续式热化学提纯工艺对尾气处理技术的要求。To use continuous thermal chemical purification process to produce high purity graphite raw material is the main graphite production process. The method is to feed graphite powder raw material with fluid type into the high temperature hot zone, and purge small amount of Cl2 and other process gases, combining the thermal and chemical methods to continuous purify the graphite raw material. During the continuous production, the impurities and exhaust gas coming out all the time, so the exhaust gas treatment technology is a very important to the continuous reliable process running. This paper compared features of different exhaust gas treatment technologies, analysis the composition of the exhaust gas, and discuss the graphite purification process exhaust gas treatment technology, then it provides a feasible and high efficient exhaust gas treatment process. This process is versatile, high efficient, cost effective and continuous running, it can fully satisfy the requirements of exhaust gas treatment technology in continuous thermal chemical purification process.
