模拟人教学法在七年制临床医学专业教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的通过在七年制临床医学专业学生中实行模拟人教学方式,以探讨模拟人教学法对七年制临床医学专业学生教学的影响,以促进教学质量的提高。方法将120名本校七年制临床医学专业学生随机分为两组。对照组:采用传统课堂讲授的方式教学;试验组:采用模拟人方式教学。课程结束时,对学生进行理论考核和问卷调查。结果试验组与对照组考试成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组对教学效果的反馈意见,包括激发学习的兴趣、提高临床思维能力、提高分析问题、解决问题能力、深入对基础知识的理解和应用、对教学模式满意度等方面,试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在七年制临床医学专业学生教学中实行模拟人教学方法,有利于提高学生的学习成绩,增加学生的学习兴趣,获得良好的教学效果。Objective To investigate the effect of simulation teaching method used in seven-year medical program students.Methods Totally 120 cases of students were randomly assigned to the lecture based learning group （n=60） and simulation teaching group （n=60）. The examination scores and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Results The examination scores have signiifcant differences （P〈0.05）. There were signiifcant differences between two groups in terms of activating learning interest, improving clinical thinking ability, improving the ability of analyzing and solving problems, understanding and applicating knowledge, and the content of the students （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The simulation teaching model can effectively activate learning interest, to cultivate the abilities of deconstructing problem, comprehensive analysis, and to overall improve the teaching quality.
